3 Reasons Your
Stuck In Back Pain

Can't watch the video? Here's what it covers

  • Hands on work and medication settle how it feels. They do not change what your back can tolerate
  • A finding on a scan is common, and it is not automatically the cause of your pain
  • Nobody measured what your hips could do, watched you walk, or asked what your shift actually involves
  • The relief was passive, so it felt like the job was done
  • If exercise was part of it at all, it stopped the moment you felt fine
  • That gap between feeling better and being ready is where most people stop, and where it comes back from
  • The big week at work, the sleep that disappeared, eating on the run, the heavy session you did anyway
  • It all goes in the same bucket, and the bucket fills up before anything hurts
  • The bend that set it off was the last straw, not the cause
Plus, what it's costing you

Frequently asked questions

No. It is a 20 minute phone call to talk through what is going on with your back and work out whether I can actually help you. If you proceed, we will run through a full assessment and pain evaluation in your initial consultation.

No. The 20 minute call is complimentary and there is no obligation to book anything afterwards.

If you do decide to go ahead, the initial consultation is $139 as a one off, plus a complimentary pain report. We also work with Medicare, private health insurance, DVA and WorkCover, so mention it on the call and we will work out your eligibility.

Josh, an Accredited Exercise Physiologist. Not a receptionist, not a salesperson, and not someone reading off a script. Josh will be running your rehab if you go ahead.

Then I will tell you on the call, and where I can I will point you toward who is better placed to help.
